[su_spacer size=”20″] The Georgia men’s golf team stands 12th after one round of the Southern Highlands Collegiate Masters.
[su_spacer size=”40″] On Monday, the Bulldogs looped Southern Highlands Golf Club in 5-over-par 293. Texas has the team lead at 12-under 276.
[su_spacer size=”40″] Junior Lee McCoy paced the Bulldogs with a 2-under 70, five shots off the pace set UNLV’s Redford Bobbitt and Oklahoma’s Charlie Saxon.
[su_spacer size=”40″] Sophomore Greyson Sigg signed for a 1-over 73, while senior Nicholas Reach and junior Sepp Straka each posted 3-over 75s. Senior Mookie DeMoss had the Bulldogs’ non-counting score of 6-over 78.
[su_spacer size=”40″] The Southern Highland Collegiate Masters will continue on Tuesday and will conclude on Wednesday. The Bulldogs will be paired with UCLA and SMU Tuesday starting at 1:20 p.m. Live results and tee times can be found at GolfStat.com.
